When we talked about how ideas have all been done before in class. I thought of Train's song "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" and how it sounded very familiar to another song.
Can you think of it? When I first heard it, it was right on the tip of my tongue. But then I figured it out.
The similarities are practically identical. This just proves that all forms of pop culture have already been done.
There are similarieties in the music, but not the theme. However, ever heard Paul Simon's 50 Ways to leave your lover?

I like Train better though, very creative and funny.
This kind of proves that music does use a lot of the same notes. I don't think that if people copy older songs they use the same themes every time.
